This esteemed structure houses the National Philharmonic Society of Lithuania (LNPh) - the largest concert agency in LT. The National Symphony Orchestra, Vilnius String Quartet and the MK Ciurlionis String Quartet all perform regularly in the Filharmonija's Concert and Chamber Halls from September to June. In addition, the LNPh organises symphonic and chamber music concerts in Lithuania and abroad, solo recitals and special guest performances, including events in June's Vilnius Festival, the Gaida Contemporary Music Festival and the St. Christopher Summer Music Festival.
