With three varieties of unfiltered beer made on site from natural products, Avilys guests can whet their whistles on the ale-like 'Avilio Light,' the sweeter 'Honey' beer and the dark 'Korio' with added ginseng. A delicious but slightly pricey menu of curious novelty dishes made with beer, hops or honey includes beer soup and chocolate beer truffles, but we recommend a smorgasbord of those celebrated Lithuanian beer snacks. Favored by locals and tourists alike, Avilys may not be the most happening spot in town, but offers a great environment to enjoy the craft of brewmastery, toast after toast.
