Foodies with fat bankrolls agree: This is the best restaurant in the Old Town. The menu is surprisingly extensive, considering the quality, care, and exquisite presentation that goes into each dish. And it's not just French, either. La Provence draws delectable influences from around the Mediterranean, creating dishes that dance on your tongue like Lilliputians. Nevermind that, La Provence offers mouth-watering appetisers like 'pheasant pate stuffed with goose foie gras and black truffles,' Japanese-influenced seafood dishes ala 'Skate wings with mild creamy banana and orange sauce,' and exemplary mains like 'venison fillet with poppy crust and asparagus filling,' to name a few. With unmatched service and style, La Provence is a standout. You'll pay handsomely, but handily.

La Provence

Probably the best restaurant in town! Very polite and nice service and sublime food!

Was eating with friends at la provence on November 22nd 2010 and we enjoyed the fresh food, made with creativity and love, very much. The service was really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the nice ambiente and provence atmosphere and I even have seen the most wonderful women at another table!

Big - big disappointment for the lack of service or not existing service.
I had booked a tabel for a business meeting with a comning up customer. For my client it was the first time in Vilnius.
I had booked a table via the email address which appear at La Provance´s website. It appears that this mail belongs to another restruant.
When I arrive with my guests, there was no tabel and no kindness to correct this error.
The waither at La Provance send me with my guests out on the street - without an apology or any proposal for assistance in finding another place to eat.

The food here is delicious, but heed the old saying: “If you have to ask how much it costs, you can't afford it.”
