This snazzy restaurant in Uzupis has unarguably the best view in town. From the beautiful courtyard (complete with a bronzed resident drunk and gargoyle) or interior with a floor to ceiling glass wall, you have an inspiring view of Gediminas Tower and the Three Crosses that would make any meal taste better. Unfortunately the food fails to do this on its own, as Tores is a classic example of great view, mediocre food. The prices are also a bit over-reaching and the portions will ensure you clean your plate; but still the view will get you in that door and keep you for a while, too mesmerised to disapprove. |
