14th Vilnius International Film Festival, also known as Cinema Spring (Kino pavasaris) is in session! As usual, the festival is a great event, extremely popular among the true cinema fans. Most of the films screened during the festival have already been "around the world" on different film festivals.
Cinema Spring 2009 has some of the most acclaimed movies of 2008 such as “Rachel Getting Married”, “Genova” and “Filth and Wisdom”. The festival also offers the absolute classics such as several films by Federico Fellini (including “La Dolce Vita” and “8 1/2.”).
Films are screened at the Forum Cinemas Vingis multiplex and the Skalvija Cinema in Vilnius until April 2. For more detailed information visit www.kinopavasaris.lt.
